CITRIS Director of Special Projects: Dr. Gary L. Baldwin

Dr. Gary L. Baldwin received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1966, 1967, and 1970, respectively. Dr. Baldwin has extensive experience in the corporate arena, holding technical and management positions at Bell Telephone Laboratories in Holmdel, New Jersey, and Hewlett-Packard Laboratories in Palo Alto, California. A former Acting Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at UC Berkeley, Dr. Baldwin has served as the Executive Director of the Gigascale Silicon Research Center from 1999 until 2003. Dr. Baldwin served as the Executive Director of CITRIS from 2003 until 2008 and as the Assistant Dean for Industrial Relations in the College of Engineering at Berkeley.
